Roles & Responsibilities   Provide high-quality, patient-centered critical care in an ICU/CCU setting
Monitor, assess, and manage complex critically ill patients with vigilance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Perform accurate, timely EPIC documentation and electronic charting
Respond rapidly to emergencies and support trauma center protocols
Float to Med/Surg units when needed, bringing adaptability and teamwork
Communicate clearly with patients and families, offering compassion and education
Qualifications   Active California RN license required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Prior travel nurse experience preferred
Proficiency with EPIC charting and electronic medical records
Experience in Level II trauma center, ICU and/or CCU required
Comfort working 12-hour night shifts and able to float to other units
Knowledge & Skills   Critical care assessment and monitoring skills
Ventilator management and advanced cardiac monitoring
Telemetry, EKG interpretation, and infusion pump experience
Strong clinical documentation skills in EPIC
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and respond in high-acuity situations
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
