• Build and maintain referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the acute rehab unit.
• Assist and coordinate the intake and pre‑admission screening process.
• Perform on‑site clinical judgment in a referencing facility to determine patient appropriateness for admission.
• Communicate rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families and assess expectations and requirements for participation.
• Secure information about patients’ resources and benefits.
• Serve as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel, payors and hospital facilities.

Applicants should have clinical licensure and a bachelor’s degree.

• Previous marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Previous clinical experience required, with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
• Formal sales training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Salary range: $112,320 – $122,720 per year plus incentive bonus.
