We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric care to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner. The ideal candidate will provide advanced clinical care to newborns and pediatric patients, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities- Conduct physical exams and health assessments on newborns and pediatric patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during difficult times.
- Current RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU and/or pediatric nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
