• Previous perioperative OR experience required

• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Coordinate and supervise daily OR operations and staff assignments
• Provide direct perioperative patient care as needed
• Ensure compliance with surgical safety protocols and infection control standards
• Serve as a clinical resource and support for OR nursing staff
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with scheduling, case flow, and emergency situations
