Nurse Practitioner
As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will provide comprehensive patient evaluations, order diagnostic tests, develop personalized treatment plans, manage acute and chronic conditions, educate patients and families, prescribe medications within your scope, conduct follow‑ups, collaborate with interprofessional teams, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Education Requirements- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in California.
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‑C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or ability to secure within 90 days).
- Exceptional clinical judgment with a caring approach.
- Strong communication skills to connect with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility in fast‑paced, patient‑focused settings.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and comfort utilizing telehealth technologies.
- A team‑oriented mindset and commitment to evidence‑based methods.
