Location: Chico, CA
Agency: Cross Med Healthcare
Pay: $2,489 to $2,766 per week
Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Travel Nurse Source  is working with Cross Med Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Chico, California, 95926.

Qualifications
  • At minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience preferred
  • Graduate from an accredited school
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities – remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending and pulling

  • Interpersonal Skills – ability to work with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Technical Skills – the ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment.
  • Cognitive Demands – capable of managing frequent interactions, meeting deadlines under pressure, comfortable working under occasional close supervision or independently.
  • Sensory Skills – keen visual understanding and practical communication abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
  • Monitor patients’ responses to interventions and report outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transport patients as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
