We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Chico team, supporting individuals in our IDD residential programs. • Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
• 30‑minute lunch included
• Small caseload – more time to build clinical confidence and provide quality care
• No nights, weekends, or on‑call expectations

• Provide nursing care including assessments, treatments, and follow‑up
• Support a small caseload, allowing for more individualized care
• Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor health conditions and respond proactively to medical needs
• Participate in care planning and program collaboration

• Active California LVN license (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Experience with developmental disabilities or residential care (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
