Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant may give patient care, perform selected nursing procedures as defined in the Patient Care Standards Manual, and transport non‑controlled medications to and from the pharmacy. The CNA provides a support function to the nurse by coordinating special tasks and assisting where needed, collaborating with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care.

• Deliver compassionate, person‑centered patient care

• Minimum:
  Complete Neutropenic Precaution and Radiation Safety Module during the first year of employment
• Desired:
  Previous experience in a nursing unit or hospital environment

• Minimum:
  Current Certification with the CA Department of Health Services Licensing & Certification Board
• Current CPR Certification

• Demonstrate technical competence, communication skills, and sensitivity for the hospitalized patient and family
• Ability to fulfill the essential functions of the position

ENL 4 Oncology Compensation range: $23.09 - $29.56

Shift: Nights, 12‑hour shift length. Days off:
Variable. Hours per pay period: 72.
