We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The role involves providing social services to patients in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of diagnoses, including CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac issues. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates should be friendly, flexible, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Dress code is scrubs, and any color is acceptable. The position requires the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' recovery and wellbeing.
