Job Description:
This position covers both Pre-Op and Post-op care for surgery patients, as well as occasional Pre-Op care for GI patients. The role primarily provides weekend coverage and requires scrubs which are provided by the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Pre-Op and Post-op care for surgery patients
- Perform occasional Pre-Op for GI patients
Requirements:
- Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Current BLS certification
- EPIC EMR experience
- Desired:
Certified Peri-Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) and/or Certified Ambulatory Peri-Anesthesia (CAPA) - Successful completion of prior travel assignments
