Description:
Level II trauma unit.
12-bed unit with a 2:1 patient ratio.
Specializes in neuro and trauma patients.
Ability to care for patients with ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains is required.
Must be willing to float to various units as needed.
Floating may include Cardiovascular, Telemetry, ICU/CCU, or Med/Surg units.
Candidates must have significant acute critical care experience.
All required certifications must be current.
Experience with electronic medical record systems is essential.
This role is geared towards professionals with a background in critical care nursing.
Flexibility and adaptability are crucial for this position.
Holiday coverage is required.
