What You Will Be Doing- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
- Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly.

Base Pay: $16.90/hr total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.59/hr.
Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma / GED. 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
