Retail Display Installer – Technology

Travel up to 90 miles from home on average – paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday; weekends are not required.

• $20.25 per hour

• Respond promptly to field services management and keep availability updated.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete necessary forms, images, surveys for each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and projects involving a team of 2+ people.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission and report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Complete training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Execute fully and completely per directives and directives from shared services team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership.
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets established KPIs.

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• Early‑morning and late‑night availability as needed.
• Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability to varying tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email.
• Use of a smartphone for clocking, photographing, and uploading data.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Follow planogram directives and secondary communication.
• Own an Android or Apple mobile device for uploads.
• Navigate communication platforms independently.
• Complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
• Superior leadership, professional communication, and presentation skills.
• Sound decision‑making, good judgment, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong time management and reporting skills for autonomous work.
