Retail Associate – Inventory Specialist

Starting Wage: $17.00–$19.00 per hour.
Part‑time or full‑time hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn.

• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred.
• No inventory experience needed – training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs, travel via car and occasionally by plane, and stay overnight as needed.
