Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced retail professional to serve as an Assistant Store Manager at Signet Jewelers. In this role you will partner with the Store Manager to maintain daily focus on individual and team members’ standards, achieve sales and profit projections, foster customer satisfaction, train and develop team members, and manage recruitment and selection.

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure team members meet performance standards and sales goals.
• Develop team members’ product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruit, interview, and select new staff.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional operational tasks as required.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Proficiency with POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, and scheduled instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Base pay: $16.90 – $21.20 per hour plus commission on sales (final rate based on experience and qualifications).
