Overview

We believe sports can change lives. As a Specialist – Golf, you will deliver personalized service, support service execution, and drive sales through strong product knowledge, helping athletes find the right equipment and elevate their performance.

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate the needs of athletes; actively drive sales through product and service recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert, focusing on best practices, sales skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs (customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Create a store environment where teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and relevant laws and guidelines.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Targeted pay range: $19.50–$28.50 per hour, depending on location, experience, and position offered.
