Active Lead Management:
Manage all incoming sales traffic via the dedicated sales portal, ensuring no lead remains untouched.;
High-Volume Outreach:
Execute 30+ outbound touches daily via phone, text, and email to convert inquiries into appointments.;
Strategic Scheduling:
Coordinate and optimize the calendars for the Outside Sales Team to maximize efficiency and avoid scheduling conflicts.;
Revenue Generation:
Proactively identify opportunities for follow-up sales, water testing, and consultations to drive closing rates.;
Metrics Tracking:
Maintain accurate daily and weekly metrics on Lead-to-Meeting closing rates and lead-source performance.
