Job Summary

Culligan of Chico is seeking a proactive, high-energy In-House Sales Coordinator to serve as the engine of our sales department. This is not a passive administrative role; we are looking for an internal "sales hunter" motivated to create revenue-generating opportunities and provide the best household water solutions, professionally and ethically.

The ideal candidate is a master problem-solver who thrives on quick responsiveness and is dedicated to maintaining a high-velocity sales pipeline. You will be the primary point of contact for leads, the strategic scheduler for our sales team, and the guardian of our customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Active Lead Management: Manage all incoming sales traffic via the dedicated sales portal, ensuring no lead remains untouched.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Execute 30+ outbound touches daily via phone, text, and email to convert inquiries into appointments.
  • Strategic Scheduling: Coordinate and optimize the calendars for the Outside Sales Team to maximize efficiency and avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Revenue Generation: Proactively identify opportunities for follow-up sales, water testing, and consultations to drive closing rates.
  • Metrics Tracking: Maintain accurate daily and weekly metrics on Lead-to-Meeting closing rates and lead-source performance.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the first line of support for sales-related inquiries, providing technical product knowledge and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of Customer interaction experience required
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
