Specialist Off Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate product information.
• Anticipate athlete needs and actively drive sales through product and service recommendations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter experts.
• Serve as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset.
• Ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged appropriately.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and replenishment standards.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Create a welcoming environment for teammates and athletes, treating everyone with respect.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and external regulations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred.

Targeted Pay Range: $19.50–$28.50. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered.
