We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Residential Sales Representative to support our teams in the field. Pest control is a maintenance program to ensure customers do not suffer from reoccurring pest activity, similar to electricians or HVAC technicians. The ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well‑being of our customers.

• Sell general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area that may span multiple branch service areas.
• Physically inspect residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers.
• Arrive at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner.
• Explain pest control services and sell repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled.
• Work with branch management to establish sales growth goals and coordinate activities to achieve those goals.
• Travel from one area to another or be assigned to a specified territory, collaborating with branch management to isolate target areas.
• Occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion work when necessary.
• Receive and properly account for company funds collected during business activities.
• Submit all paperwork and collections on a daily basis.
• Maintain company‑issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times.

• First‑year earning range $65,000 - $75,000, based on performance.

Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, territory, and business conditions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold the two following licenses:
  Branch II.

• You must speak clearly and effectively in English and dress professionally. A pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal positively with fellow employees, occasionally under stressful conditions, are prime requirements.
• Each employee must obey safety instructions, rules, policy, and procedures and use provided and installed safety devices and equipment. Employees must notify their immediate supervisor of any violation or deficiency in safe and healthy working conditions.
