Manage inbound leads (portal, website, phone, referrals, campaigns) and make outbound touches daily to book consultations and water tests;
Follow up on unsold estimates and identify upsell/replacement opportunities; support Outside Sales pipeline;
Coordinate, optimize, and resolve customer scheduling conflicts for Outside Sales calendars;
Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and support reporting (KPIs: outbound touches, lead response time, appointment conversion, follow-up completion, CRM accuracy, customer satisfaction);
Customer service and scheduling coordination to support sales efforts
