Maintenance Supervisor / COO
Work Training Center (WTC) is seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanic II to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a mid-level mechanic who brings both strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills, and who is looking for a long-term opportunity to settle, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing WTC’s internal fleet, which includes a diverse mix of vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Beyond hands‑on mechanical work, you will play an important role in documenting service activities, managing parts and supplies, and supporting the continued growth of WTC’s transportation services.
As WTC expands its fleet services to support smaller community organizations with similar needs, this position is expected to grow into a supervisory role, overseeing a lower‑level mechanic and helping guide fleet operations as demand increases.

- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and maintenance software for documentation and parts ordering
