Plumbing Technician

Total Compensation Range: $90,000 - $150,000 per year
(Hourly + commissions + bonuses, based on experience and performance)

We are hiring Full-Time Plumbing Technicians to join our growing team in the Chico area. If you’re a skilled plumber who takes pride in quality work, values customer service, and wants to earn top-tier pay with strong support, this is a great opportunity.

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems in compliance with code.
• Service and replace plumbing fixtures including faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters.
• Work on water lines, gas lines, sump pumps, recirculating pumps, and water purification systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues, including those behind walls, ceilings, and underground.
• Perform drain-cleaning services for sewer, kitchen, laundry, and storm lines.
• Provide accurate written estimates and cost calculations for customers.
• Safely use ladders (6’, 12’, and 20’) to access roofs and elevated work areas.
• Research, order, and track parts while maintaining and restocking service vehicle inventory.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and knowledge goals.
• Work overtime as needed and perform other plumbing-related duties as assigned.

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of plumbing industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, or weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
