Compensation Range: $30.82 - $41.61

Your rate of pay will be based on applicable experience.

Shift: Days Shift length: 8 Hours. Days off:
Fixed (Saturday & Sunday). Hours per pay period: 40.

The Maintenance Worker – Drywaller/Painter works under the direction of the Project Coordinator. The Maintenance Worker Drywaller/Painter is responsible for the painting of the building and equipment. They must prepare surfaces, tape, and finish drywall to a Level 5 smooth, uniform finish. The worker assists the Project Coordinator in scheduling and planning building repairs and projects. The position may require working any shift, any day of the week, and holidays.

• One year experience as a journeyman drywaller/painter
• Current California Driver’s License
• Eligible to be insured under the Medical Center’s Liability Policy with DMV Report (minimum age 21)

• Two years experience with hospital facility painting
• Certification in building trades or hospital maintenance experience

• Current California Driver’s License
• Eligible to be insured under the Medical Center’s Liability Policy with DMV Report (minimum age 21)

The Maintenance Worker – Drywaller/Painter must accurately estimate materials needed for repairs or projects. Must have experience with painting, paper hanging techniques, surface repair and preparation, and basic maintenance techniques. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
