The Basic Laborer position should be pursued by those who have minimal too moderate knowledge of the specific trades performed by MJS. Respectable work ethic and the ability to perform rigorous labor responsibilities are a few of the recommended attributes to successfully fulfill this position.

The Skilled Labor position is for individuals who have moderate to extensive experience and knowledge in the specific trades performed by MJS. Maintain a current California Driver License with minimal to no DMV infractions. Respectable work ethic and the ability to perform rigorous labor responsibilities. Minimal small equipment operating experience and the capacity to successfully self-perform, pre-determine and prepare forthe common tasks are a few of the recommended attributes to successfully fulfill this position.

The Commercial Truck Driver position is for those who have a current Class A Commercial Driver License with minimal to no DMV infractions, moderate to extensive experience inEnd Dump, Transfer Dump, Bobtail Dump and Low Bed Equipment Transport (standard and Oversize).Knowledge of all commercial driving laws and regulations and the ability to perform work during irregular/extended hours and on weekends are required to fulfill this position.

The equipment operator is for individuals who have moderate to extensive experience inthe operation of heavy equipment specifically within the pipeline and excavation trades.

A current California Driver License with minimal to no DMV infractions. The capacity to successfully self-perform, pre-determine and prepare for the common tasks, the abilityto read and understand basic improvement plans and communicate with the field superintendent and/or the project foreman.
