Hampden Charter School of Science (HCSS) is a college-preparatory public charter school in Hampden County. It offers high-quality education on two campuses: HCSS High School (9th-12th) in Chicopee and HCSS Middle School (6th-8th) in West Springfield, in a technologically rich environment.
MISSION
The mission of HCSS is to provide a solid and college-preparatory-focused education to the youth of every race and ethnic group in Western Massachusetts in a safe, academically challenging, and caring educational environment. To fulfill our mission, HCSS is committed to hiring top-notch faculty, administration, and staff. The Spanish Teacher position is full‑time, responsible for teaching and/or advising students and contributing to the further development of the department's programs in the 2026‑2027 academic year.
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $53,000 to $70,000 Per Year
Job Requirements- Department of Education License as a Teacher in Secondary School Education (or will pass MTEL in the first year).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
