• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, current and in good standing
• Experience supporting students at elementary and high school levels (grades 1-3 and 10-12)

• Knowledge of current best practices in applied behavior analysis within educational settings
• Organizational abilities for data collection, progress monitoring, and timely documentation

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) for students in grades 1-3 and 10-12
• Design, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
• Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff in intervention strategies
• Provide direct behavioral support and coaching to students as needed
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote holistic student success
• Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and measure student progress
• Communicate regularly with families to share insights and progress
