Responsibilities
- Product/process development for all new and modified golf balls
- Golf ball commercialization process owner as related to manufacturing
- Collaborate with equipment engineering group on design and execution of capital projects related to process improvement
- Support operations gross margin initiatives via productivity improvements
- Act in a supervisory role overseeing Process Engineers and Engineering Technicians
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Physical Sciences
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Proficient in MS Office products, MS Project, statistical analysis programs
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies a plus
Demonstrates expertise in product and process development for golf balls, with a strong focus on manufacturing commercialization and process improvement. Proven ability to lead teams, oversee engineering projects, and implement productivity initiatives to enhance gross margins.
