Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our Automotive Engineering & Maintenance operations. In this role, you will improve production processes, optimize equipment layouts, and support new product and process introductions. Key responsibilities include driving root-cause analysis, implementing continuous improvement (Kaizen/Lean) initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance safety, quality, and throughput. You will develop and maintain work instructions, support preventive maintenance strategies, and partner with suppliers.
