We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with expertise in injection molding workflows, processes, manufacturing, process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma principles. In this role you will be working as a technical leader within a small team. You will be leading various technical efforts from pilot programs through troubleshooting projects at various stages. You will interface with cross-functional team members at varying levels and must have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The three-step hiring process can move relatively quickly and this is a priority hire for the team.

What you need:

• Bachelors degree in an engineering field, Chemistry, Plastics, Manufacturing or related field or equivalent experience
• Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Previous technical leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Injection molding process engineering
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work extended hours or travel if required

• Conducting pilot programs
