• Perform banking transactions in-store, including processing customer transactions, opening/closing accounts, and addressing debit/credit card issues.
• Provide consultative support and financial advice to help customers meet their goals.
• Use TD systems and tools to engage customers, build relationships, and identify opportunities to promote products and services.
• Manage day‑to‑day transaction accuracy on teller line and platform, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct lead management activities: create and prioritize self‑generated leads, conduct outreach via calls and messaging, schedule appointments, and refer customers to specialists.
• Maintain customer transaction records, manage wait times, and deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑facing experience (volunteer, education, military, or other).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller and platform training required upon hire.
• Organized, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

• Perform sedentary work and occasional lifting (under 25 lbs.).
• Stand, walk, and move safely in confined spaces; occasionally lift, bend, kneel, or climb.
• Must maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
