Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

The CBHI Clinical Supervisor at River Valley Counseling Center (RVCC) is responsible for overseeing clinical evaluations and treatment planning for children and families, supervising and training staff and interns, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high‑quality care. This role involves direct client care, coordination with community services, administrative oversight, and leadership in clinical and operational functions to support RVCC’s mission and ensure effective service delivery.

• Oversee clinical evaluations and treatment of children and their families.
• Document activities according to established RVCC and CBHI regulatory standards.
• Summarize findings and treatment plan in accordance with RVCC procedures and present to the multidisciplinary case disposition team.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings (UR).
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of community services and ensure that assigned staff are updated regularly.
• Oversee outreach, advocacy, or case consultation appropriate to meet the needs of clients and their families.
• Prepare for and participate in or conduct regular supervision.
• Oversee supervision and training of student interns.
• Analyze services to improve the quality of client care and maximize utilization of clinic staff for safe and effective client care.
• Plan and implement educational programs for staff in service, continuing education, skills and competency development, and mandatory educational requirements; ensure staff attend services or meetings and complete mandatory education within designated time frames.
• Ensure staff evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
• Use time constructively and organize assigned work for maximum productivity.

• Education level:
  Master’s Degree with a concentration in human services, counseling, clinical psychology or social work.

  3 years as a licensed therapist with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Skills/Abilities:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills; organizational skills; attention to detail; computer skills; good customer relations skills; knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession.
