Behavior Specialist / Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full‑time position located in West Springfield/Chicopee.

Join May Institute School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities as a BCBA. You will work with a dedicated team of BCBA mentors, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans and train staff to support school‑aged children with developmental disabilities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Provide mentorship, consultation, and ongoing professional growth to staff and other BCBAs.
• Train and supervise staff to implement ABA strategies for children with developmental disabilities.

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification or actively pursuing certification.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and clinical assessment skills.
• Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

• With BCBA certification: $77,000 – $87,000 annually.
