Behavior Specialist / Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full‑time position located in West Springfield/Chicopee.
OverviewJoin May Institute School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities as a BCBA. You will work with a dedicated team of BCBA mentors, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans and train staff to support school‑aged children with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Provide mentorship, consultation, and ongoing professional growth to staff and other BCBAs.
- Train and supervise staff to implement ABA strategies for children with developmental disabilities.
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field.
- BCBA certification or actively pursuing certification.
- Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and clinical assessment skills.
- Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Manageable caseload with high‑quality work.
- Access to Institutional Review Board for research and publication.
