Center for Human Development in Chicopee, MA seeks a Recovery Coach to join Crisis, Crisis-Stabilization, and Outpatient Programs in our Community Behavioral Health Clinic. The Recovery Coach works with individuals enrolled in CMHC programs who self-identify as needing support around substance use.
You will support individuals, help build Recovery Plans, arrange post-crisis services, and assist during transitions within stabilization programs.
