Speech Language Pathologist in Chicopee, MA

Embark on an impactful contract opportunity supporting K-12 students with speech and language needs in a dynamic, district wide setting near Chicopee, MA. This role welcomes both full-time and part-time applicants, offering flexibility through mid-June 2027 with an immediate start date. As a key contributor to the speech-language team, youll focus on evaluations, report writing, and IEP meeting presentations, while collaborating with SLPAs who provide the majority of direct student services.

• Active Massachusetts SLP CCC certification required
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, documentation, and IEP development
• Confident communicator able to collaborate with teams, families, and administrators
• Committed to evidence-based and student-centered practices

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations across K-12 grades
• Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations at IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with SLPAs and oversee delivery of direct/indirect services
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to develop and implement therapy goals
• Maintain accurate, timely student records in compliance with district standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
