Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and HRIS at our Chicopee, MA facility. The role covers administration, recruitment support, safety compliance, and record keeping, reporting to the HR Director. Travel to other RMS locations may be required.
The position is full-time, on-site, with 40–45 hours weekly, and may require occasional evenings or weekends based on needs. ADP experience preferred.
