Position SummaryThe Epicor Eclipse ERP Administrator will develop, implement, and optimize the Eclipse ERP system to support the organization’s strategic goals, combining technical expertise with strong business acumen to ensure effective system utilization and integration with other business applications.
Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day technical support and troubleshooting for end users, ensuring effective utilization of Eclipse and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, department leads, and IT teams to understand strategic priorities and support the development and execution of Eclipse strategy.
- Evaluate Eclipse and identify improvement opportunities, customizations, and integrations to meet evolving needs.
- Lead and evaluate the full lifecycle of Eclipse projects, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
- Design and configure Eclipse modules, workflows, and interfaces based on business requirements.
- Create and update documentation related to the ERP, business processes, and companion products/third‑party integrations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Eclipse with other business applications (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, WMS, Payables).
- Provide ongoing maintenance and analysis to ensure optimal performance and sustainability of Eclipse.
- Offer general end‑user IT support and training as needed.
- 3+ years of experience with ERP administration.
- Understanding of Eclipse file structure and reporting (strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting Epicor Eclipse companion products (preferred).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Business analysis skills to analyze processes and requirements.
- Strategic thinking to align ERP with long‑term goals.
- Project management proficiency to plan and execute ERP projects.
- Change management knowledge for managing organizational change.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
- Business process improvement skills to identify opportunities for streamlining.
