Location: Headquarters in Chicopee, MA

Starting Pay: $25-$30/hr (Based on experience and certifications)

Service Net is looking for a skilled and dedicated Construction Lead to oversee daily operations on construction and renovation projects across our diverse portfolio of residential, clinical, and administrative properties. In this hands‑on role, you’ll supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring team members and creating a positive, productive work environment.

• Crew Management:
  Supervise and guide construction crews, assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality, timely work.
• Mentorship & Training:
  Provide on‑the‑job education in construction and repair techniques to less experienced staff.
• Site Layout & Efficiency:
  Organize and manage the physical layout of work sites for safety, accessibility, and efficiency.
• Project Oversight:
  Monitor day‑to‑day progress to ensure timely, budget‑conscious project completion.
• Communication:
  Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Subcontractor Coordination:
  Oversee external workers on‑site, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Safety Monitoring:
  Enforce all safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and equipment across work sites.
• Reporting:
  Document progress, materials usage, and communicate updates or issues to Facilities leadership.

• At least five years of experience in construction, building, and repair work (or a comparable combination of education and experience).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex project workflows.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable lifting 50–100 pounds as needed on job sites.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations; OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
