Summary

The Crushing Plant Foremanhandlesallfieldrelatedactivitiesincludingefficientmanagementofcrew ,propermaintenanceandoperationofallequipmentandfulfillingproductionrequirementstoensureprofitablecrushingprojects.
Theywillhelptoensuregoalsaremetsafelyandefficientlywhileadheringtocompanypolicies.

- EnsurethesafetyofemployeesonthecrewincludingadherencetouseofPPE
- Advancedknowledgeofcrusheroperation,conveyorsystemsandmaintenance
- Mechanical,troubleshootingandwelding/fabricationskillspreferred
- Maintainqualitycontrolofproductionatalltimes
- Mustbeabletomultitaskwithastrongsenseofurgencytomeetthecustomer'sneeds
- Mustbeabletoworkwellwithinateamenvironmentandtakeinstructionfrommanagement
- Musthavegoodwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- Mustcomplywith Federal and Stategovernmentalhealthandsafetyregulationsandprocedureatalltimes .
- Mustcomplywithall Companypoliciesandprocedures.
- Read,understandandinterpretmaterialtestingproceduresandgradationsetc.
Communicatewithqualitycontrolpersonnelandmakerequiredadjustmentstomaterialblends. - Coordinatethemobilizationofcrusherequipmentwiththesuperintendent.
- Review,understandandcarryoutcorrectoperatingandmaintenanceproceduresforallcrushingequipmentoneachjobassigned.
- Scheduleallresourcesneededforeachjobdailyandworkwithoperationsmanagertoestablishanefficientworkschedule
- Workwithoperationsmanagertocommunicatethemosteffectiveequipmentapplications,maintenanceschedulesandprocedures.
- Responsibleforgeneralandspecificsafetypractices,followingcompanysafetyprocedures,andcooperatingwithoursafetymanagerinapositivepro-active manner.
- Keepsallconveyorbeltsandareasbetweenrollers,pulley,andcatwalkclearofmud,dirt,rock,anddebriswithshovelorskidsteer.
- Maintainplantbygreasing,oilingandlubricationofallpointsontheconveyor,crusher,andotherequipment.
- Performdailyequipmentwalkaroundandsiteinspectionstoidentifyandcorrectanyunsafeconditionsandkeepequipmentproperlymaintained.
- Troubleshootandproblemsolvesituations/problems(materialquality,equipment operation/repair,etc.).Monitoranddiscussproductionproblemswithco-workersandmanagers/supervisors.
- Timelyandaccuratelycompletescrushingreportsandotherdocumentationasrequired.
- Performotherdutiesasassigned.
- Varyingweatherconditionsincludingextremehotandcoldenvironments,rain,wind,etc.
- Exposuretoatmosphericconditionssuchasdust,dirt,fumes,stoneandminerals
- Exposuretoloadnoiseandvibration
