We’re hiring a Molding/Assembly Operator in Chicopee, MA for a 1st shift direct hire role. Ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.

• Position: Full-time / Permanent
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour
• Location: Chicopee, MA

• Operate molding and assembly machinery following documented procedures
• Inspect product throughout the shift and stop production when specifications are not met
• Track production, downtime, scrap, and any machine adjustments
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Use calibrated measuring tools to verify product standards
• Follow break/lunch schedules and department coverage plans
• Understand and adhere to ISO procedures and quality policy
• Properly mark and segregate non-conforming products
• Wear appropriate attire and follow all safety/handling protocols

• Proven ability to follow documented processes
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Verbal and written communication skills; bilingual a plus
• Quality-focused with a proactive mindset
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
