Job Description
** Job details of a Production Worker vary a bit depending on the line they are working on, but for the most part consist of the following:
* Standing for long periods of time
* Most movement is with the hands:  + Placing bread, cheese, lettuce, etc.  + Scooping tuna, chicken salad, etc.  + Spreading mayo, tuna, chicken salad, etc.  + Weighing meat  + Making fresh salads    - Lettuce, chicken, veggies, dressing, croutons  + Stacking sandwiches  + Slicing sandwiches, wraps, etc.  + Packaging product  + Labeling product
* Some product is put through MAP machine, one operator
* Product is then stacked on trays but item type and store label
* Attention to detail and quality assurance is vital
* Once line is complete, entire line must be cleaned and sanitized to include:  + Washing and scrubbing of conveyor belts, tables, utensils  + Cleaning/Squeegee of floor around work area
