Fabrication Associate – Entry Level

Schedule:

M-F 7:00am–3:30pm

• Set up and maintain machines in the shop for pipe fabrication.
• Accurately measure, record, and add random pipe lengths.
• Measure and cut pipe with a band saw and/or torch; roll, groove, thread, and bevel pipe with Landis machines.
• Move loose or bundled pipe from various locations within the pipe yard.
• Assemble pipe orders—single sticks or bundles—and keep work supplies organized.
• Observe safety precautions for fabrications, cutting, assembling, stacking, and shipping of pipe for storage and transportation.
• Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe‑operating procedures.

• Prior fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
• Outstanding math skills and the ability to calculate product quantities.
• Experience and training in operating machinery for cutting and threading pipe according to OSHA regulations is preferred.
• Ability to remain results‑focused in a fast‑paced customer‑service environment.

Pay Range: $17.17–$25.76 per hour. Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
