UFP Technologies is seeking a Production Manager to lead production supervisors and ensure on-time delivery at our Chicopee, MA facility. You will plan and coordinate resources across departments, drive safety, quality, and cost improvements, and partner with Quality, Supply Chain and HR to meet customer expectations.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of manufacturing operations leadership experience;
Epicor ERP experience is a plus.
