We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Senior Director of Social Media to lead regional social strategy, content development, community engagement, and channel performance across EMEA Emerging Markets. This leader will build brand relevance and measurable growth through owned, earned, and creator-powered social programs within a fast-paced consumer products environment.

The Senior Director will partner closely with global social leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to advance high-priority initiatives, strengthen operating models, and scale a data-informed social ecosystem. This role is ideal for a senior social leader who combines exceptional creative judgment with disciplined performance management, team leadership, and creator marketing expertise.

• Own the EMEA social strategy, editorial calendar, and channel approach across major platforms, including Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, X, and Pinterest.
• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team spanning social content, community management, and channel operations across EMEA emerging markets.
• Manage a significant creator and influencer marketing investment, including agency partnerships, platform strategy, budget allocation, and supporting tools and systems.
• Partner with creative, analytics, commerce, public relations, and marketing teams to deliver full-funnel social campaigns tied to product launches and business priorities.
• Drive creator-powered content programs that improve brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and commercial outcomes.
• Establish clear measurement frameworks for social and creator performance, translating insights into channel, content, and investment recommendations.
• Lead regional social listening, reputation monitoring, and crisis-response coordination in partnership with analytics and communications stakeholders.
• Advance key social operating work streams, including viral content velocity, full-funnel activation, creative testing, and influencer performance optimization.
• Define effective collaboration models and ownership boundaries with adjacent teams to protect social expertise and ensure efficient execution.
• Present regional performance, strategic recommendations, and investment needs to senior leadership.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in social media, digital marketing, brand marketing, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Agency-side experience is required; experience supporting large, social-first consumer brands is strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in influencer and creator marketing, including ownership of substantial budgets and agency relationships.
• Demonstrated experience managing creator platforms, measurement tools, and partnership systems.
• Proven ability to scale branded social content and connect channel performance to measurable business impact.
• Experience managing programs and teams across EMEA markets is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and comfort navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication, executive presentation, and strategic storytelling capabilities.
• Background in consumer products, direct-to-consumer, retail, consumer technology, or related industries is preferred.
