—a leadership role that blends clinical expertise with mentorship, prevention, and whole‑person care.
Job Corps is a federally funded program through the U.S. Department of Labor that provides education, career training, and life skills to young adults ages 16–24. Our mission is to empower students to become independent, successful members of the workforce and their communities.
At Westover, you’ll be part of a team that believes healthcare is foundational to student success.

:
- Predictable schedule with strong work‑life balance
- Focus on preventative care, wellness education, and case management
- Opportunity to build relationships with students over time
- Leadership role overseeing the center’s Health & Wellness program
- Collaborative, mission‑driven environment—not shift‑based patient turnover
You’ll have the time and space to truly support individuals—not just treat symptoms.
What You’ll Do- Oversee and manage all aspects of the center’s Health & Wellness program
- Provide direct nursing care and health assessments for students
- Lead health education initiatives (mental health, nutrition, substance prevention, etc.)
- Supervise and guide health services staff
- Coordinate care with community providers and specialists
- Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare standards
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in community health, school nursing, case management, or leadership roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working with young adults and underserved populations
- Ability to lead programs and drive health‑focused initiatives
- Competitive salary: $100,000 annually
- Consistent daytime schedule (minimal nights/weekends)
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Opportunity to make a lasting impact on young people’s lives
- Supportive, team‑oriented workplace culture
If you’re ready to move beyond high-volume clinical care and into a role where you can educate, mentor, and lead—this is your opportunity.
