We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team in Chicopee, Massachusetts. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families on weekends and during on-call rotations. • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, hospitals, and hospice facilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
