Job Description

• Post and analyze Key Business Indicators in support of company and corporate goals
• Assist in developing and mentoring quality personnel to reduce inspection turn-backs
• Install statistical sampling plans and process monitoring; analyze and report trends
• Assist the Quality Engineer Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System
• Lead the preparation and submittal of First Article Inspection Reports
• Perform internal audits (quality system and 6S) independently
• Support external audits including customer, registrar, NADCAP, and third-party audits

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering environment
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred
• Thorough understanding of inspection methods, techniques, and equipment
• Experience in the aerospace manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of 6S and blueprint reading, including GD&T
• Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations
• Strong understanding of AS9102 First Article Inspection submittal process
• Ability to perform internal audits independently
