Merchandiser, Retail

SAS Retail Services is hiring a Merchandiser to support Retail Operations for major retailers and CPG brands. In this field-based role, you'll execute planograms, resets, new item cut-ins, and promotional displays to improve on-shelf availability and sales. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating product, installing signage, completing audits via mobile apps, and communicating with store staff and supervisors. You'll work independently in a fast-paced, people-first, team-oriented culture with strong training, safety focus, and growth opportunities into lead and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new item cut-ins to standard in assigned retail stores
• Stock, rotate, and front-face products to ensure optimal on-shelf availability and presentation
• Install and maintain signage, displays, and promotional materials per project requirements
• Complete store audits, surveys, and reports using handheld devices or mobile apps
• Communicate effectively with store personnel, supervisors, and brand partners on project status
• Follow detailed project instructions, timelines, and priorities with strong attention to detail
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards while working in aisles and backrooms
• Accurately track work hours, mileage, and project completion in required systems
• Travel between assigned stores within territory; reliably manage schedule and routes
• Support special projects, new store sets, and remodels as needed in a fast-paced environment
