Company will provide:
Work van for company use, company tools, company credit card for expenses (ie gas, etc.), company cell phone, company laptop, two weeks vacation to start, health insurance, supplementary insurance, and 401K.
- Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and repair on windows and doors.
- Lead on-site repair projects, ensuring all items are repaired correctly according to specifications and safety standards.
- Manage daily field operations by coordinating service schedules and ensuring timely completion of service calls.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures and safety protocols.
- Document all service activities meticulously through detailed reports, logs, and maintenance records to facilitate future troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills for clear reporting and client interaction
- 5-10 years experience working with and on windows and doors.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escape.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to navigate Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle pressure working with homeowners and be even‑keeled at all times.
- Excellent driving record.
