Required: MA or CT Plumbing License

We are seeking Licensed Plumbers to join our teamsin Chicopee, MA;
Upstate New York; and Connecticut!

General Responsibilities:

• Report to the Chicopee or Albany office to pick up material when necessary
• Occasionally pick up supplies at supply houses
• Utilize Yankee Home Vehicle to travel to the customer's home
• Provideinstallation of residential plumbing
• Performinstallation and repair of plumbing fixtures and piping

Timelinessand Preparation
:

• Arrivefully prepared with the necessary tools and equipment to complete the job quickly, aiming for same-day service ornext-day service for certain projects

Customer Service
:

• Maintain excellent communication, be polite and friendly, and address customer questions and concerns professionally.

Integrity and Transparency:

• Provideno-surprise, upfront pricing in writing and building trustby living up to the core values:
  Integrity,Responsibility, Excellence, and Listening.

Cleanliness and Respect:

• Showrespect for the customer's home by using shoe covers anddrop-cloths, maintaining a clean and organized job site,and cleaning up all the debris at the end of the job.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possessa current and valid Journeyman Plumber license (e.g., inMA or CT, depending on the location)
• Experience in residential plumbing and fixture installation/repair.
• Valid driver's license
• As per Company Policy, must have a clear driving record for 3+ years
• Reliable Transportation
• Abilityto commute to customer locations
• Ableto work 40 hr./week, with occasional overtime
